On a recent trip to Finland, I became a Finn, or at least I felt like it. I went ice fishing near Oulu Finland, ate reindeer meat (sorry Rudolph), went snowmobiling in Iso Syote, dog sledding, and tried snowshoeing on the Baltic Sea. Of course my research wouldn’t be complete without trying a few Finnish drinks.
